Elaine Codona
After spending many years in the corporate world, Elaine began working independently in 2014, having identified the need for businesses, whether large or small, to have access to high quality, strategic HR consultancy services to support the business vision, mission and goals.
Elaine has a track record of maximising opportunities and supporting growth within the most challenging and competitive environments. She has significant experience gained whilst operating as a senior executive on a global scale, successfully supporting businesses such as Coca-Cola Enterprises, Barclays Bank, Zurich Insurance Group, Manx Telecom and Capital International Group.
Since Elaine completed professional coach training in 2017, she has developed a passion for using coaching techniques to support her clients’ growth and to enable them to meet their goals. As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Elaine decided to relaunch the business (previously known as Global People Solutions) and Solasta was born.
Elaine is skilled at helping individuals to make the most of themselves. Her direct approach helps provoke thoughts and find creative ways to help people to unlock their potential.
